Port Douglas Wedding Flowers are full of variety!
One thing I love about Port Douglas weddings is the endless choice when it comes to flowers. Some brides love the tropical look, others opt for classic country with roses, while brides like Lee simply love a splash of colour!
Lee chose bright mini gerberas and mini roses for the junior maid’s posy…
And the flower girl had a full bouquet of mini roses.
Chelsea’s Port Douglas Wedding
Local tourism dynamo Chelsea was amazing to work with in the lead-up to her wedding, and her attention to detail was A1. The ceremony was held at St Mary’s Catholic Church with the reception at Salsa (pics to come!). In the meantime, take a look at the stunning bridesmaid’s posy featuring coral roses, yellow freesias, white roses and mauve orchids.
Word is spreading about Floral Edge Port Douglas
Ballarat bride Erin was so excited when she saw her bouquet, with featured a burst of colourful orchids with the Casablanca lily (pink). Erin’s uncle owns a florist in Ballarat and recommended Floral Edge for her Port Douglas nuptials – thank you John Fox!
And here are the posies for Erin’s attendants – lovely white oriental lilies with orchids for a touch of colour.
Wedding at The Sea Temple Port Douglas
Michelle was a gorgeous Adelaide bride who was married in Port Douglas at The Sea Temple. She chose white cymbidium orchids and white singapore orchids with dodder vine and leather fern for her bouquet. Nice and simple, but very elegant!!
From England to Port Douglas with love…
How’s this for sisterly love?
Our bride Vanessa’s sister couldn’t make it to her wedding, so she ordered this bouquet from England as a gift! It contains artificial peonies along with ‘hot pink’ roses, green trick, green singapore orchids, and artificial green berries. The groom’s hot pink rose buttonhole was a perfect match.
White Port Douglas Weddings
The stunning simplicity of a bouquet of “big white” roses grown in Mareeba is perfect for a sunny Port Douglas wedding…
Add some Singapore Orchids and freesias for a dash of colour…
Or use pink Singapore Orchids and lisianthus for a truly spring feel…
